Service Description

DisplayManagerPro is a cloud-based digital signage platform that enables users to remotely manage and display content on connected screens.

Account Registration

Users must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.

Subscription Plans

DisplayManagerPro operates on a subscription basis. Available plans, features, and pricing are displayed on our Pricing page and may be updated periodically.

Free Trial

Eligible users may receive a 14-day free trial. At the end of the trial period, continued access may require an active paid subscription.

Payments

Subscription fees are billed in advance according to the selected billing cycle.

Failure to process payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

User Content

Users are solely responsible for all content uploaded to the platform.

Users agree not to upload content that:

• Violates copyright laws
• Contains illegal material
• Promotes harmful, offensive, or fraudulent activities
• Violates applicable laws or regulations

Service Availability

While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, DisplayManagerPro does not guarantee continuous availability and may perform maintenance or updates from time to time.

Intellectual Property

All platform software, branding, logos, features, and related materials remain the property of DisplayManagerPro and its licensors.

Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in misuse of the platform.

Limitation of Liability

DisplayManagerPro shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

Modifications

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Sri Lanka.
