At DisplayManagerPro, we are committed to providing reliable digital signage services.

Subscription Fees

All subscription fees are charged in advance and are generally non-refundable.

Free Trial

Users are encouraged to evaluate the platform during the available 14-day free trial period before purchasing a subscription.

Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings.

Cancellation will prevent future billing but does not automatically generate a refund for the current billing period.

Refund Exceptions

Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate payments
• Billing errors caused by our system
• Technical issues that prevent access to the service and cannot be resolved by our support team

Any approved refunds are issued at the sole discretion of DisplayManagerPro.

Chargebacks

Users are encouraged to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback through their payment provider. Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.

Processing Time

Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
